Administration / Accounts Assistant

Due to continued growth in the business we are looking to expand our administration team. The main duties of the role will include:

Answering incoming calls and emails, processing orders and helping customers with accounts enquires. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working as part of a small team in a busy, fast paced environment.

Previous experience with Sage 200 accounts would be advantageous but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

Sales Representiative

We are looking for a sales representative for a mixture of field and office based sales. The role involves giving product demonstrations of our time and attendance systems to both potential clients face to face and online via a web conference. Dealing with new sales enquires, following up existing leads and building relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a full driving license is essential and the ability to travel at short notice, there will also be some overnight stays.

Installation Engineer

We are looking to expand our team of installation engineers, the role involves installing, commissioning, training and follow up support for our time and attendance systems.

The ideal candidate must have a good IT knowledge, problem solving skills and happy to work on their own or in a small team. A full driving license is essential, they must be able to travel nationwide at short notice and stay away overnight on occasions.
