The BioTime Fingerprint clocking in system positively identifies each employee by scanning their unique fingerprint profile - completely eliminating employees clocking in and out for each other. This latest generation fingerprint technology works with cracked, dry and damp fingers and has multiple patents. You can enroll up to 10 fingers per employee if required. When employees clock in and out, the clocking data is sent across your network or over WiFi alternatively it can be collected on a USB memory stick.

The BioTime time and attendance software then automatically calculates each employees working hours based on your working schedules or shifts. The user friendly software allows you to view everything on screen and edit data as required, before printing reports or exporting data into a payroll package such as Sage. The BioTime fingerprint clocking machines can be located at remote sites and send their data back to a central location, allowing you to stay in control of your employees’ time and attendance at all times.

How It Works

The BioTime fingerprint clocking system features easy-to-use software, making getting up and running quick and easy. Once the software has been installed, you can create your company and shift options and then start adding your employees.

To add an employee to the BioTime system, in the software you create a new employee record and fill in their details. You can then register the employee's fingers at the clocking terminal which is very quick and simple. The employee simply places their finger on the sensor each time they clock in and out. They receive a very clear audible and visual confirmation that their clocking has been accepted.

Once your employees start clocking in and out, you can download the clocking data across your network via WiFi or TCP/IP Network to the BioTime time and attendance software. You can view employee timesheets containing clockings and hours, overtime, leave, infringements etc... and amendments can be made. Reports can then be produced or the data exported to payrolls such as SAGE.
